Whose Funeral Is It, Anyway?

Dear Sir or Madam, Please find the attached file of an interesting photo from Cambodia. This photo was taken in July 6, 2008 in Prek Ambel Commune, Sa-ang District, Kandal Province along road 21. I don't know whose funeral is that. So, please guess it ! With regards Sen Anichakam
