ASEAN chief calls for restrain in border dispute

Singapore - ASEAN chief Surin Pitsuwan (pictured) has called for "maximum restraint" in the border dispute between Cambodia and Thailand, while Cambodia has asked for UN intervention, news reports said Sunday.
